Minimum stay
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. For other periods of stay, we will be happy to make you a personal offer.

Check-in & Check-out
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. You can check in independently at any time from then on using the number code you have received. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 09:00 am. Other times can be arranged on request.

Included services
The price includes: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, the complete kitchen equipment, TV use and final cleaning as well as all fees and taxes except for the local tax. A baby cot is available on request for a fee of 5€ per day.
The use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is charged separately. 

Local tax
For all guests from the age of 14 or older, we have to charge a local tax of 1,75€ per person and night, which is not included in the total price and should be paid on site.

Children’s discount
Children up to the age of 3 years can stay at the AHRN free of charge.

Pets
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the AHRN.

Reservations
We welcome written reservations via email or our non-binding booking request form. You will then receive a confirmation of your reservation as well as the amount for the payment of the deposit. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit has been paid. 

Deposit
After booking, we ask you to transfer the deposit (booking guarantee) of 200€ per apartment to our bank account within 7 days.

The reservation is only binding after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation the following fees will be charged: - up to 20 days prior to arrival no cancellation fees will be charged (the deposit will be retained)- up to 7 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount will be retained-from 6 days prior to arrival or in case of late arrival or early departure the full amount will be charged.

If you are unable to arrive due to Covid-19 reasons, you may cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. In this case, you will also receive your deposit back.

We accept payments in cash, by bank or credit card or as prepayment via bank transfer.
